1. First time of all history women can work for money and support themselves entire adult life. They can be a lot more picky when it comes to chosing partners, they do not need find husband immediately to protect them and provide.
2. Women can get higher education, postponing age of first pregnacy, they will less likely have another child.
3. They are a lot more things to do in life than having children, pepole adapt easiliy to convieniences and they see children as burden(wrongly)
And all that caused my simp men(or jews if you like) allowing them to vote and sending them to work.
