Eclair(along with shizuka and emi) only appeared in one single omake drawn in 2014, but that was mainly for promoting other spinoffs which were being made back then. After that Eclair didn't appear at all even after df2, and she only started to appear after taicho war was out.
Similar case for Maiko. She was introduced in df2, but wasn't featured in MLLSD until taicho war was out. Even though Maiko got Nogami's own characterization in RW prior to taicho war, it wasn't used in MLLSD.
