This is a lie because 9 times out of 10 scaling >>>>>> moveset. Yes, it's nice that the Baller Swag Sword has the thrusting poke on its R2, but what's even better is it combines that with crazy high dex scaling. There are weapons in this series with amazing movesets that you'd never use because they do shit all for damage.
