You're more wrong than you can even imagine. LCDs can look BETTER than any OLED motion-clarity wise. LCDs with backlight strobe technology can emulate CRTs better than any BFI technology on OLEDs, reason being that OLEDs can't get bright enough for a short enough strobe to actually eliminate motion blur effectively.
Motion clarity wise, CRT > LCD > OLED
