I don't think Toby goes out of his way to create sexymen. It's just that the fandom always gravitates towards the stinky manlet characters even when there's an objectively attractive bishounen ripe for fawning over. Tenna is just the first time a tall, relatively attractive guy is ACTUALLY the most popular one.
