At all of the jobs I've worked at so far I went above and beyond quota and never got more than a thumbs up. Literally I'm always their best employee and they give me zero incentive to stay there, especially since you boomers use inflation as a tool to rob us and pay us less every year instead of more.
Expect an incredible drop in quality in all the products you buy because boomers only want 90 IQ and below workers who don't understand economics.
