Elon Musk fired 6000 of these types of fake workers from Twitter (80% of the company) and the company still functioned. And it's humming along after only adding about 1000 new non-retard workers since.
These tech companies are bullshit and the people who hold these fake jobs should be black balled from the industry forever and the companies should be massively fined for keeping these workers out of the productive work force (talent hoarding).
This is completely insane and everybody involved needs to be physically and financially hurt. This goes a long way explaining why these tech cities feel like they are full of shitty sociopaths, because they are. Imagine accepting being paid $200k doing nothing while actual productive workers are on the brink of homelessness.
