I once got a white monster and after drinking it I got a brutal headache and felt like shit 5 hours later I crashed out on the sofa.

Never happened with redbull.
I once drank 3 of those while working on the roofs and worst thing I got was jittery heart and crash out from coffein overdose.
I was fine the next day.
