No, Endwalker having literally nothing to do for the vast majority of its existence was a perfect time for quarantiners to burn through all the game's stuff that they were interested in. Then burn through Dawntrail. Then realize that's the end and either start raging and demanding it adopt a phone game gacha's level of output, drop it completely, or just come back when something actually interests them. There was already a downturn during later Endwalker, which surged during early Dawntrail, then downturned. This completely follows everything I've said. I advise looking at those LuckyBancho graphs again.
