WHY IS EVERYONE IN TECH AND IT FIELD INDIAN PAJEET ?

Here in Latvia, locals are so tech illiterate that our country floods us with pajeets who are capable of using computer at a basic level (microsoft word at least). Most guys here just work at shipping companies like UPS, DHL, etc moving boxes.. wtf is going on
