Looking at the Tojo files and I'm a bit confused about this line about Orbs.

It says 28 runs to master an orb skill doing stage 3 without bonus, but doesnt stage 3 only give 2% per run? Trying not to do a million runs of orb bosses before I understand the numbers since it doesnt give rank EXP yet.
