Not familiar with Nai honestly, aren't there models that generate Realistic purposes?

It really it's just about models, try one that can gen realistic images, get the lore of the character you want and you are done, then once you have your image you can animate that with great effort and patience

Other than that throw at it as much tags as you can "real, realistic, real skin, real hair" and stuff like that, also lora for realism may help
