Just slap some Homare \(fool's art\) on your prompts. You don't like his artstyle? Well you're fucked then, cause that's the easiest way to get mature hags regardless of settings, loras, and model bias.

Alternately, model bias. There's a lot of models out there that are made biased specifically to create hags and avoid lolis so you get more hag-like results regardless of whether you want them or not. Sadly enough I've yet to find one that works well, most of them are shit merges.
