The only complaint I have about the highlights is that I wish he selected fewer gens with well known characters, especially when the gens themselves aren't anything special.
Personally I think the real highlight is posting a gen that has a theme or a concept that hasn't been posted before/in a while, and then seeing other anons genning similar stuff later that same thread or in the next thread.
