Yes, I once saw a documentary about people jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge. They interviewed one guy who fucking survived and this is his quote: (paraphrased)

I'm pretty sure he broke his back and a bunch of other bones, but because people jump so regularly emergency services were nearby and were able to rescue him before he drowned to death. I'm pretty sure he had to spend several months in the hospital after that
