Technically you can take these to any bank and have them exchanced and the bank would have them sent in to be destroyerd and replaced but you get enough people doing it in a dispersed area with small bills. There is a good chance people simply would not give enough of a shit to go through the process for something that is only truly morally outrageous if you blindingly follow the sheep messaging and can actually swallow the notion that it is NOT ok to be white.
