Does anyone out there know of a movie or show where there is a guy stranded in like a jungle or woods, he has a shirt off, and I think looked like Willem Defoe. He'd put his hands around his mouth and yell

it was unintentionally hilarious even though the scene/movie is a serious one. he then continued to go
