Well the way my system works is you want to keep them in the park as long as possible, if they are below a threshold of bladder their happiness will tick down and if it reaches 0, they will leave. This combined with a radius system for POIs will encourage players to have a well rounded zoo. Example, if they're seeing an attraction on one side of the zoo and have to go to the bathroom on the other side, their happiness will tick down the entire time they have to walk over there leading to maybe a drop of 20 units of happiness, vs if you have a bathroom on that side, they may only lose 4-5 happiness.
