Phul's rainbow shtick is very heavily centered around the swirly portal it has which nu-Aratron doesn't keep. Nu-Aratron also loses the magma shtick he had in the rings in favor of being a fully rock hydra with rainbow crystals, which doesn't help the Primite comparisons, so he only really has the demon/angel wings and the Megalith symbol to distinguish him from looking like a Primite hydra
