I think I've seen the one you're talking about too. What's frightening is it's objective fact. It's not just some insult, they literally don't have the same neurological wiring as us. They don't experience empathy or remorse like us. The closest they can come is a Pavlovian level of "when I hurt people they lock me in a cage, I don't like being in a cage so I'll only hurt people when I think I won't get caught". It's still entirely centred on them, their brains aren't developed enough to 'put oneself in another's shoes'.
