t0 in all endgame modes as both dps AND support dps for five consecutive months btw. he's literally an anomaly in a game as meta driven as hsr considering he has no real flaws. and he's not going anywhere any time soon since it doesn't matter who or what they put in moc/as/pf or if it's AoE or single target.
