Yoru looked like she was about to tear up about her weapon family before too.
I do think it's a valid idea that there's been some sort of drastic change in Yoru after getting domed by the spear.
But it wouldn't be totally unusual for her to feel emotional about her "family".
We still don't know why exactly she's crying. Is she happy? Is she horrified? Or is it something else than just Nuke?
