Nintendo could make a Pokemon game that is 100,000 times superior to Palworld, but instead they are using their vast and endless resources to litigate against Palworld....

Shouldn't Palworld be like a proof of concept for Nintendo? Like "oh shit, people are very desperate for this style of content, so much so that Palworld was seemingly an overnight success... wow... we could totally fund a project that produces something with much higher quality". But no. They strike Palworld with lawsuites and aspire to do nothing especially new or bold with the Pokemon IP.
