I am fond of the idea of Sancho forcing herself to maintain the facade of being Don Quixote. It's like a self humiliation ritual designed to punish her. How petulant and silly her behaviour was at the start of Inferno, is how embarrassing and childish the rest of her time in Inferno will be. A hell of her own making.
If she falters in anyway, I shall remind her of her obligations and commitment.
