3 months into keto and I'm having this month's cheat meal after an intense morning workout.
I went to chick fila and got a sausage, egg, chicke, and cheese burrito meal (small hashbrowns and an iced coffee).

Just a couple of observations after not eating basically any carbs except fruit / dairy for a month:
- The hashbrowns taste like nothing. Almost nothing. They feel great in your mouth and are crunchy, but they have no flavor. I had the same experience last month eating toast - any pure carb food is flavorless. I used to love these hashbrowns but I couldn't finish them now.
- I've been consistently shocked at how good meat tastes. I'm not good at cooking but all meat i've been eating has shocked me with it's flavor. Even "bland" meat like pork loin with salt and pepper tastes amazing when you eat it by itself and don't drown it in carbs.
- The burrito tasted fucking delicious
- I still love fried chicken
That was great, next month I'll be skipping the hash browns
