"Quick" Rundown:
>"Dandy's World" was a cartoon show that goes back as far as 1984 (it makes no fucking sense, these things look like they'd be from early to mid 2000 cartoons lmao), founded by Gardenview Entretainment, with the main runner being Artur Walton.
>At some point, he alongside the Toon Handlers and Delilah Keen, the main research, were also able to create life with the Ichor.
>This served to make the Toons, which Dandy was the first to be made, then the others, according to the some VHS tapes, the cartoon and characters were made even before them becoming a real thing, yet they know about these past episodes, so proabbly made with those memories in mind or whatever.
>The toons are designed by Delilah, home grown and made in Gardenview which is also where they interact with kids and visitors, but at some point an accident happens that most likely blew up the place due to Ichor being unstable.
