I don't know how good your soldering skills are but make sure you use a good amount of flux when you desolder the old switches. I practiced on an old mouse and absolutely fried it trying to sucker out the solder. What worked extremely well for me was fixing the board securely to something and pulling down with tweezers on the holes like picrel while I made the solder liquid. Cleaning off the solder after that with a wick is way cleaner and only takes a second. This would be a joke if you can get someone to help you hold and pull with the tweezers.
