I've spent some time thinking about this kind of thing. Here's one I came up with.
Buy some Uranium glass.
Crush it to a dust.
Travel to some major transport hub, and spread the crushed glass around.
Call up the UKs Nuclear Response Center and tell them you have contaminated the transport hub with radioactive nuclear material.
Buy some popcorn and watch the news.
