Federal agents identified 36 “victims,” with the youngest being 14. He pled guilty on two charges. He served his sentence and the entire thing was over by 2010.
One of the “victims,” a 15yo prostitute, was Jennifer Araoz. She was with him in 2002. He was arrested for crimes with her in his first 2008 trial. That’s the trial where he pled guilty for those two charges.
In 2019, he was arrested again for the same crime involving Jennifer Araoz. It was for the same instance of hiring her in 2002, in which he’d paid for her to fly to New York. This time they called it trafficking.
That’s pretty questionable… right?
