List is already a little too fishy from the very start. Don't care if it tastes good, food should also look and feel good.

They pretty good and straightforward as in they normally don't have much complexes dishes, such as "burying a shark for months so poison won't kill you". Much olive oil and codfish.
Med food is great in general. Glad to see Italy and Spain in top 5 as well.
