I can’t “just relax”. It doesn’t work.
It doesn’t even work when I’m on the toilet, let alone when I’m in my bed in a diaper.
For years now I have been unable to fully empty my bladder, and the simple act of peeing for me is a 10, 20 minute long ritual. I can’t get my stream started unless I do some shit like close my eyes, hyperventilate, tickle my ass, hold my breath, spit on the floor. And even then all the pee doesn’t come out.
Lemme tell you something around the time that I made this thread I went to the bathroom to pee and I ended up not being able to, as always, and just shat out a bit of mucus and peed a little, but I still could feel the pee in me. I’ve had enough of this. I want to have control of my bladder. I want to be able to just have it be as simple as just relaxing and then boom, pee. I’d even rather be i continent than have to keep putting up with the shit I’m dealing with right now.
So
I drank some water
And decided I was gonna train myself to be able to pee whenever I want. My plan was to “”JUST RELAX”” like people have been saying, and just let myself piss my pants.
Of course, it didn’t work.
So I made my walk of shame to the bathroom about 19 or so minutes before you made your post?
And
I sat on the toilet. And like always, I couldn’t piss. But I wanted to feel empty for ONCE. Just ONE TIME.
So I sat there
For 30 minutes
And held my breath, and hyperventilated, and turned on both the sink and the bath water, and spat on the floor, and closed my eyes, and ripped up wet wipes, and tickled my ass, and knocked shit off the counter onto the floor.
And even after doing that for 30 minutes, I still wasn’t able to get it all out. I ended up forcing myself to shit out some mucus again which forced out some more piss, but I still couldn’t get it all out. It’s still in here. I don’t really drink much water anymore nowadays just because I hate having to deal with this.
