From my understanding GW is less a united company and more a loose confederation of "That Guy"s making decisions based on what stupid nerd thing made them seethe recently. Semi-recently they also hired some slimy moneymen, a different kind of terrible person. The result is a company that only functions because autists will shell out absurd amounts of money for their special interest and because most nerds were conditioned for abuse their entire lives.
