I opted for the manual route as with everything prior, because other tools including AI just can't figure out the context of the color banding, and I won't settle for sub-par quality. Took over a month, but worth.

Here to ask again if anyone has any suggestions other than catbox for uploading 3,000 images, the uncensored alone is over 1000 and nearly 7GB. I can still do it, but boy is it gonna take a while...
