I usually struggled with blizzard's FOMO tactics up until last year, overwatch has just gotten so expensive and the only stuff that interested me is past battle pass shit or the warcraft and starcraft skins (still pissed I missed the blood elf skin twice even though I haven't played overwatch since november). the last FOMO item I remember was some dogshit back transmog of a shield with an arrow in it for a twitch promotion, made me realize that none of this stuff matters anymore since nothing cool will ever come out without recolors later
