She carried 800 niggers from the Carribbean to London in 1948 which kicked off the genocide of the indigenous Europeans.
The story of the dumping of its cargo of biological weapons in England in June 1945 is quite the rabbithole.
For example the ship was under the control of the Ministry of Transport led by Alfred Barnes who was a member of the Fabian Society (Communism through Stealth) and whose second-in-command was Harry Nathan. Nathan was jewish and In the 1920s he became legal advisor to the British Zionist Organization and to many Jewish bodies in Palestine.
When the ship arrived Arthur Creech Jones the Minister for the Colonies told the government they couldn't stop immigrants from the colonies.
Creech Jones was another Fabian communist.
The Solicitor General, another jew named Frank Soskice, advised the government that they couldn't "stop the boats". He later also brought in Britain's first hate crimes laws.
Also the Gleaner Newspaper in Jamaica which advertised the trip to Britain was owned by jews.
Also the USA had just brought in legisation in early 1948 restricting immigration from the Carribbean.
The Empire Windrush arrived just in time to give immigrants an alternative destination. I suspect international cooperation on that one.
