you could find creative and actually cool ways to make up handicaps, the armless woman in korra was fucking great, it makes sense, it's cool, it shows power and mastery, it was just great

I don't understand why you wouldn't just make him fly or some other shit, why a wheel chair? if it's magic, why would he want to move it using his arms anyways..? why not just have a floating chair that moves when he wants it to move?
can't he fly anyways? isn't he one of the most powerful human wizards? if he's just sitting somewhere, why not make him sit in an actual chair and then when you need to move him then make him use his magic (like flying around), why would he go the extra mile to create a wheel chair when he's not even moving around? why not make a magic table too? why not magic clothes? why not a magic house?
