I used to be friends with my old team lead. We had a group chat with a couple of other co-workers where we'd joke about stuff outside of work as well. One day she posted a screencap of an UrbanDictionary definition for "himbo" (a handsome, but stupid man) and then said 'anon <3'. I, of course, spilled my spaghetti everywhere and played it off like she was joking, but I wonder if she was ever into me. She's on a different shift now but I still see her every now and then. I don't know how to act around her, women drive me insane.
