yes but we don't have shorad at all so we can't protect anything
and we don't have shorad for the same reason we don't have ballistic missiles and decent kamikaze drones: it's bad for the gdp
instead we have f-35 and big stand-off strike drones which are expensive and low numbers (less workers needed), and we can't pivot to large amounts of shorad and high quality kamikaze drones because in order to do so we would have to take back oligarch's wealth and give it to the working class and this is our fundamental contradiction which is the core of our societies and we refuse to address it

and there's no evidence that iran has even used their medium or long range air defense assets yet as they haven't had occassion to, except for the initial 2 hours where iran's air defences were brought down by admittedly impressive wectoid EW attacks and then iran got those systems back online and we never saw such missile attacks from wectoids since

china has given iran AD and missiles

i think they're chink pantsirs which china began showing off like two weeks ago claiming that they were built for the PLA despite the fact that the PLA already already have an almost identical system which they've had for a decade

iran has so many missiles now that they are leaving booster sections above ground out in the open for the world to see because they ran out of warehouse and tunnel room
