I really like how this pic details the form of the mecha's hands to differentiate how each company does it, despite the fact that you'd never be able see it in game.

Also interesting how, in my opinion, the Rayleonard and Leone Meccanica hands (bottom left and bottom middle) are the closest to what I think of when I think of anime mecha hands.
