Yes, this was an issue for a long time. Sad stuff. I couldn't bring up my Kamiya and Koyama interviews any more, some fucking bots broke into the account and spammed hacked tweets. Elon fired all the customer support staff when he bought X so you were basically fucked when it came to any kind of support or trying to get it un-suspended. Now I have a new one, and a website, and I can show them off again!!! :D
