Because 4chan isn't a monolith, the people who don't like their hentai getting censored aren't necesarilly "anti-degeneracy" people who beleive in traditional morality and use /pol/. Should go without saying it's just dumb, the conflation could only be believed by someone that's just ignorant, possibly willfully.
