Well, Warner Brothers still has the rights to the Wizard of Oz movie, which is why "Oz, The Great and Powerful" is a "Legally Distinct" take on the original story, which is also funny since Disney is notorious for suing the pants off anyone who violates their own IP in any way ^_^
