It talks about this a bit in her agent log, she had to grow up really fast and take over the company and matured really fast in certain areas but never got to live life/mature in others. So she's playing catchup as a result. Is convenient child bait thoughbeit but there are people I've met who are actually like that from their own version of that circumstance.
Grace is sad in the story at one point that Koleda has forgotten more about company management and architecture than she's ever known about comic books, if anything.
