I use this for my negative prompt:
>(worst quality:1.4), (low quality:1.3), (normal quality:1.2), (jpeg artifacts), (bad hands), (blurry), (text), (signature), (cropped), (watermark), (extra limbs), (bad anatomy),(censored)
The extra parenthesis make them work far better than just leaving them as they are. Also moving worst and low to the front of the neg helps more, because by doing that you are more likely to get rid of bad anatomy anyway.
