I stopped playing comp altogether since I don't really like solo-queuing in this game (my only friends that still play MR are on console) and I don't really feel like playing ranked in a team-based shooting game again.
It's usually a carrot-on-a-stick to entice players into chain-queuing for hours on end regardless of whether they're having fun or not.
