Completely wrong. PBS Kids did very well not making any of their shows woke (Except a few episodes of Arthur and maybe Xavier Riddle) up until pic rel came out in 2021. No joke, right after Elinor is when Alma showed up, and nearly every currently running show had very blatant and out of place pandering shoved in immediately:
>Miss Elaina needs a bandage but gets sad because it's a bandage for White skin. The bandage factory makes a dark one just for her.
>Pinkalicious gets a new neighbor who is a black girl with black and mexican gay dads.
>Work It Out Wombats has a lesbian couple who adopted a baby monkey (kek).
Excluding anthro characters, the last show to feature a White family as the main cast was Pinkalicious (2019). Since then, every human protag's family was POC:
>Molly of Denali
>Hero Elementary
>Alma's Way
>Rosie's Rules
>Lyla in the Loop
>Skillsville
Most of these shows are otherwise really good regardless. It at least seems like the creators still care despite the obvious mandates.
