Sorry, but you could walk alone at night through like 95% of Slovenia and nothing would happen to you even if you were female. We don't have any gangs(cartels, wtf?) ans richer people don't get kidnapped for ransome.
The only factors lowering our safety are some rural ares populated by gypsies and about 60-100 rapefugess living at the detention centre in Ljubljana.
