EXQB Rue says on the mod page and in the docs that come with it that it heavily relies on custom scaling (C+), and to do whatever you want with it
You can scale it down to be nearly indistinguishable from the normal YAB defaults with the exception of adding tummy chub thanks to EXQB Rue's new bones
So like if I'm to play devil's advocate here you and the twitter mob are looking at people's custom characters that they've hyper inflated and monsterized (like every single other mod outfit page on XMA) and are now melting about it as if it's a new thing
