It has more normalfag appeal than Hikaru, I bet the 'Kyoji butchering Kurenai moment' will bring a lot of newfags and it's insanely popular in Japan, you don't have to worry about this series at all. I hope Dogakobo drops Slop no Ko and focus on animating Famiresu Iko and Onna No Sono no Hoshi in the future.
