I can highly recommend Titanium Noir by Harkaway. The book takes place in oh let's say 2060 and focuses on a detective who solves murders of Titans - elite individuals in society that are able get gene therapy and other biological enhancements to live longer. Reads a lot like old school Chandler and Hammett novels and well it's just very good for what it's trying to do.
